Casper has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Financial Accounting obtained from the University of the Free State in 2000.

He has subsequently obtained extensive accounting experience through articles and then his own practice started in 2007.

Late 2019 an opportunity arose to amalgamate Casper's established firm called PDW George, with Finovo. This brought yet another experienced skillset within the small to medium size sector to the Finovo family. Casper's client portfolio consists of small unincorporated businesses through to large companies and groups. He focuses on financial reporting and tax compliance and brings an important dimension to the Finovo team with his calm and systematic approach. He contributes to the objectives of the company by rendering expert support through knowledge and experience of the highest professional level in all facets of accounting, taxation and management services.

Carisca joined Finovo in November 2016 during her second year of articles. In December 2017 she completed her articles and successfully became a member of saipa. She has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Financial Accounting, as well as a Certificate in Deceased Estates Practice. Carisca has a vast amount of experience with owner-managed businesses of all sizes and the challenges such organisations often face. She has experience in management of client data processing, advice on reports and efficient account layouts. She gets satisfaction helping clients to grow their businesses and saving on taxation through tax planning and structure. She has experience in drafting and amending last will and testaments for clients. She is a member in good standing of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants.
